Bushwick Book Club Seattle

Station Eleven

Sat · September 26, 2026

The Bushwick Book Club Seattle commissions musicians to read a book and write original songs about it, then perform them live in one night. This edition takes on Emily St. John Mandel's Station Eleven, the post-pandemic novel about a traveling symphony that keeps music and Shakespeare alive after most of the population is gone. Its motto: "Because survival is insufficient."

Polybanderous is one of the performers, playing new original music written for the book. Full lineup below.
