Eric Blu Has a New COOKBOOK Out, and It's Beautiful

Eric C.P. Martin, the lead singer of Eric Blu & the Soul Revue, has just released something special outside of music. Lovin' From Mama's Oven: Recipes and Memories of the Women Who Raised Me is out now, and it's exactly what it sounds like: a cookbook, a family memoir, and a love letter to the women whose kitchens shaped him. With photography by Schatzie Miller, the book brings together heirloom recipes rooted in Black Southern food traditions alongside the stories and memories that make those dishes mean something.

From fried chicken and greens to peach cobbler and sweet potato pie, this is food as family history. Whether you're in it for the recipes, the stories, or both, this one's worth pulling up a chair for. Grab a copy on Amazon and show some love to one of our own.
