Better Off

Live at Bushwick Book Club Seattle: Station Eleven

"Better Off" is an original written for Emily St. John Mandel's Station Eleven. The guitar and bass are built on a Boss RC-600 and triggered live, with Polybanderous singing and playing sax over the top.

Bushwick Book Club Seattle hands musicians a book and asks them to write original music about it, then perform it to a live audience. This was the Station Eleven night. The October book, Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH, produced another song that's headed for the new album.
