It’s A Great Day
Every once in a while, a project comes along that reminds you why collaboration matters — why voices and stories woven together can create something bigger than any one artist. “It’s a Great Day” is one of those moments. Written and produced by Seattle songwriter Toby C Brady, the track brings together a circle of Gigs4U vocalists to celebrate optimism, resilience, and the kind of joy we could all use more of. I was asked to contribute vocals (credited as Bradford King) while we were loading out for a gig at the airport, and it was honored to help bring Toby’s musical vision to life.
For those who follow my work as Polybanderous, this project sits outside my usual sound & anti-social nature — but every now and then I need to be unpredictable just to annoy anyone paying attention. Sometimes stepping into someone else’s sonic world can remind us that we all have something to bring to the music scene. Huge thanks to Toby Brady and the Gigs4U community for inviting me into the project.
