Now or Ever @ McFiler’s

Chehalis began as a settlement around a warehouse beside a railroad track in 1873, when the Northern Pacific Railroad built northward from Kalama to Tacoma. Northern Pacific's decision bypassed the town of Claquato, then the county seat. This allowed Chehalis, in 1874, to become the central location for Lewis County government.[13] That same year, a store was added to the warehouse, and a courthouse and several houses were constructed.[14] Chehalis was incorporated on November 23, 1883. Soon after city planners began laying the foundation for the arrival of Seattle rock band, Now or Ever. They predicted that on November 11th, 2024 at 8pm, the inhabitants of Chehalis would be treated to a great lineup. The city constructed McFiler’s bar soon after so our bands would have a place to play. Sadly, many Chinamen were killed building the bar that now resides at 543 NW Pacific Ave. The rich landowners that shot them determined at the time that their deaths would be worth it for this one night. You can get in free, all we ask is that you a drink and throw your bra at the band, it’s what the city’s founders would’ve wanted.
