From Garage Taphouse to Logger Bar – Tour Day 3
Last night’s gig at Garage Taphouse was a smashing success for It & I, Arthur Buezo, and me (Polybanderous). The owners were so happy they’ve already booked us for a return—I’ll be back in Klamath Falls on November 8th from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
The crowd was incredible, and big thanks go to Stan, who even built some makeshift stands for the speakers Arthur brought. I was able to run all three acts through my SKB rack setup, and one audience member—who sees Arthur regularly—told me it was the best he’s ever sounded. That’s the kind of praise I’ll happily take!
We made great connections, sold merch, and actually earned good money doing what we love. Can’t ask for more than that.
After the show, we headed out to Arthur’s place in the country and spent the night in an old trailer, just talking about life and laughing. This morning, we hit the road for the six-hour drive to Logger Bar in Blue Lake, CA, where we’re performing tonight. I’m going to see if we can run sound through their PA again, because my Behringer Flow 8 mixer in the SKB rack works beautifully for all of our solo sets. Hats off to whoever designed the Flow 8—it’s been a game-changer for me, and we even use it with Gigs4U at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport seven days a week.
Our accommodations and amazing host.
